Moriah was born and raised in East Berlin, Pennsylvania. She was recently married as of May 2023. She and her husband can often be found knee-deep in a house project, finding a new local trail to hike, or during the summer months you will find them taking day beach trips anytime it fits in with the schedule. She also enjoys baking, visiting local coffee shops, or a good clean/purge day at home.

Moriah was homeschooled her whole K–12th grade years. This allowed much more flexibility in her family’s schedule. In her 7th grade school year, her entire family of 6 packed into an RV and took a trip across the entire USA, visiting most of the well-known national parks. This included Yellowstone, Sequoia National Park, The Grand Canyon, and over 5 others.
